Characteristic reactions of acids and bases and salt formation by reaction between acid and bases. Understand the pH scale and types of indicators. It may be used as a 10 -15 minutes revision activity in class or as a homework assignment.

How to play

Enter your virtual laboratory, answers questions on identification of weak or strong acid/base by clicking on the correct flask. In the next level identify the solution which has the specified pH range. Click to select and pour required acid/base into test tube to perform specified reaction. Click on the correct acid and base containing bottles to prepare salt by acid base neutralization reaction. Tap to identify the acid/base/salt used for various applications in daily life.
